The Audio Analyzer App offers a range of technical measurements for assessing the quality of audio equipment. It covers various components such as amplifiers, pre-amplifiers, loudspeakers, headphones, receivers, microphones, equalizers, mixers, and even the entire audio track. The app is also capable of measuring audio parameters for individual electronic circuit components like filters, transformers, and operational amplifiers.

The App provides a comprehensive set of measurements including frequency response curve, dynamic range, harmonic distortion, intermodulation distortion, and other non-linear distortions. It works by comparing the input feedback audio signal with the output audio signal generated by the same Android device.

One highlight of the Audio Analyzer App is its ability to generate an output audio signal with practically ideal rectangular spectral characteristics in a user-defined frequency band. Additionally, it can build the frequency response curve across the entire audio range (20-20000 Hz) in just under one second, using a wideband audio signal.

The app uses the device's audio jack, with the microphone line serving as the input and the headphones line as the output.
